[Information Required] How to Open a LLC?

Hello,
I would like to open a LLC. I am from Poland but currently I am studying in USA.
Can you give me information regarding opening a LLC, here in USA?
What is the range of a budget I need in order to open such company?
What is the cost of running business here?

I would be grateful for any piece of information regarding this topic.

Talk to your closet lawyer. I am sure they will give you a free consultation. I would say have a budget between $1500 - $3000

The advise I can give you is, google for "open an LLC" and read some stuff about how procedure is performed and some informative stuff. So you have some basic knowledge about some terms, the procedure itself and stuff like that - so when you meet up with a laywer you have the ability to understand him a little bit better and can tell him exactly what you need and where some questions are left - so you have everything in control. And the best place for specific information about filling fees, taxes and rules is always at your secretary of state's web site.

I would make sure your business idea is profitable before doing the LLC process. Usually LLC cost around 800 a year depending on the state in your taxes. You have to check if your LLC name is used or not then send a letter to the state and register your LLC. Depending on the state it costs about 70 dollars. Then you get a letter back saying its done. You simple follow the instructions.

op, check out de they have some good options for llc's and you can have everything done in 24hours.

Thank you for your responses.
I am looking for a first hand experience with opening company. I have already read information regarding opening a comapny in DE. The only costs mentioned there is $250. It seems to be very low, that is why I want to get information from people who have already gone through the whole process.
My business is profitable - last month I have earned over $4k. I would like minimize costs though and broaden my services.

Go to Google, and find a local lawyer. Talk to him/her and they will basically do the work for you.
