I have been reading, studying, testing etc. and I have gotten no closer to understanding anything. Honestly, there is too much free info on BHW (not a bad thing) I keep getting distracted by "shiny objects" and lose focus on what I had set out to research. I am going to try to focus on clickbank, building simple websites and promotion. I started a site on wine making supplies. I bought the domain name and hosting and have the site partially built in kompozer. I think a simple html editor will be all I need since I can just upload templates and fill in the blanks. But even that is a bit of a challenge at my level of experience. I am going to do everything I can to finish the site and get it live tonight. What seems to happen is I get so far then I find something that makes me devalue my efforts and I want to start all over but then nothing gets finished. I would be better off with 1 crappy site that is live then 30 partial sites sitting on my H.D., agreed? I will get the experience of getting a site uploaded and then maybe do some more tweeking after it is on the web. I am also going to focus a lot more on outsourcing because it seems like a very viable option for getting things done without doing it all yourself. Anyway, just thought I would share my frustration and was hoping a few "focus techniques" that may be shared from some of the more experienced
