Information changed into webpage

Here is the deal I have the content on CD Rom. It is all in HTML of Catholic History with index.

But each page which Html at bottom has old webmasters information. Need this removed.

While converting this into a wordpress website or any responsive website that can work on mobile devices.

So basically I need this content changed over to my own website format. Removing old webmasters add on code of html each page?
