They have some positives feedback on Google. Wait until the monday. I'm sure you will receive the server. For example some hosts doesn't send your VPS Details after your payment. Some of them send when they check if your payment is legit or not, to avoid any fraud payment. Some hostings do that. So wait a little more.
Ah ok I am very new to VPS stuff and I am assuming (yes I am making an ass out of me and whoever) that I will need to submit more money to get cpanel and probably for them to manage the vps, if they do that.

After a research, I see they will supply your server within 3-5 days. Due to manual activation.
CPanel is paid in a lot of hostings, go to ispmanager lite is cheap and is not expensive.
For manage your vps, you need to pay. Unfortunately They don't do this for free.

Of course you’ll need to spend more money to get your vps managed for you

Romenia, they provide the vps within 3-4 days due to manual activaction. Is not automatic.

A VPS activation takes 3-5 days? OMG.
Does not matter whether it is Manual or Automatic but 3-5 days?
Too busy hosting provider? Can't hire more staffs?
