May seem to be a bit of a redundant question, I've taken a look through some google searches and cant find much info on blog networks, I'd like to gain a level of working knowledge on the subject, any shared knowledge is greatly appreciated, Due Regards.

No member is going to personal coach you on how to set up a private blog network. You are going to need to

The issue is the coaching would have to be worth more than the coach would make doing his or her own network in the same time.
A bad coach wouldn't already have a network and might be ripping you off with crap information.
A good coach will have successful networks and is going to want $80 an hour (just my guess) just to cover the earnings he would be making doing this for himself rather than with or for you.
Having said that their are some great guides that cover 90% of the topic - but like most things in SEO - it's the missing 10% that will cripple you.
