Hi there, I need help with domain selection. I found two good domain names. One is ".info" and the other is ".org", which one is better for an affiliate website.
Another question, for the same domain there is two available versions: one is connected and one is dash-separated (eg: loveyourself.com & love-yourself.com) so which one is better for my brand and my user experience?

Connected and com > net > org my ranking, good to bad.

I don't think it makes a difference, at least not for SEO. It's mostly personal preference and branding.

For good user experience, pick the one that is connected

Normally, domains don't have some significant impact on the SEO process, ie on ranking and getting better opportunities for visibility. So, especially for affiliate marketing-related sites, you can choose whichever extension you want, I can only say from some user perspective side that maybe.org has more sense than info, since your site won't be that information so it's better maybe that it points out to some organization.

As for the second question, again, this won't have any real impact on your site's performance, but for memorability and for users to type the name of the site more quickly, it's a better idea to keep it connected.

If you're an affiliate website that publishes buyer's guides or some authoritative or credible information for consumers, I suggest going with .org.

Whether you like it or not, the truth is that .info domains have been linked with spam.

Many registers were giving away .info domains for dirt-cheap or close to zero cents.

No wonder everybody and his dog put up high-spam, low-quality pages.

They beat the top-level domain to the ground.

If you want to build an affiliate website that your visitors can trust and click links on, invest a few bucks in a .org domain.

OP, like the others on the thread have said, I feel that going with .org is a better choice.
From my viewpoint as a user on the internet for a few years, I personally tend to be skeptical and suspicious of .info websites when they turn up on google.

.info has been spammed the heck out just like .xyz

also I feel a URL without a dash is better, people are lazy even to type the dash on their keyboard, and on mobile they're more lazy as it requires more taps. :suspicious:

but anyway, that's just my personal opinion, hope you can make a great decision OP... goodluck :D
