I saw Trackback option on forum but i dont understand its use but know about it function that i learn from some seo documents.

Send Trackbacks to (Separate multiple URLs with spaces)

I wanna know that what type of link can be added in this area.

Don't get the question. i think you can add any kind of links in the area.

My question is : In that "Trackback" text box what link we should add?
Other thing is the link we add in that "Trackback" text box will called backlinks or not??
