Info on Tweet Following

Has anyone used Tweet Following? I am looking for some feedback on it? It seems like a very good program. Before I go and shell out a few hundred dollars I thought I would ask here.

Also any other twitter programs that will allow you to schedule messages every hour or so?

+1 on tweetattack,, works very well if you don't abuse it.. they also have a separate account creator app you can buy that works very well..
