.info can rank #1 in google and here is the proof

About a year ago I've registered about a dozen .info domains for satellite sites about my money site and there was just only one content + one about page. For few LT keywords the .info sites have outranked the .com.
Since then I've added more unique content to them, and have for few KW more sites/pages in G first page.

There is a difference, and you clearly don't know what you are talking about.
.com .org .net will have more juice then other domains, that is a fact.
Obviously any extension can rank #1 for any keyword, but you will get some juice from .com .net .org. I'm sure this will change though, as it's stupid. It's like google saying .com .net .org sites have more info than the other extensions. Who's to say a .info site can't be more accurate and have more information than .com .net .org.

This is how you see it but the thing is that .info won't rank because it is mostly used for autoblogging and shitty content and this is also the reason why you don't see many .infos in search results. But If you put unique content and treat it like a decent site it will rank just like any other domain.

Just to clarify with the last statements.

".com .org .net will have more juice then other domains, that is a fact."

Where is this fact to be found?

Does a .info site not pass juice? is that what you're saying?

ive seen multiple info's rank #1 recently google must trust them alot more then it used to

Well I guess I shouldn't have said fact lol. But having 300 domains and doing this for 14 years, is what I base it on.
I think .info does pass some juice, just not quite as much.
I wouldn't say for certain but I think a keyword.info would be better than nonkeyword.com. I wouldn't bet on that claim though lol. That being said I think google will soon change the keyword domain thing, as I said before it really makes no sense. Soon there will be very few .com .net .org quality domains, and that's no ones fault, so to say someone's site can't be better because they dont' have a really good domain name, makes no sense.

Several years ago, I brought up the notion of keyword.com/net/org having 'juice' with several famous internet marketers, and they said it had no value, and to focus on branding, and a unique name instead. Boy, have they changed their tune.

this thread is stupid. no one ever said a .info can't rank #1, it's just a lot bloody harder than ranking a .com.

the fact remains is that there is a serious lack of trust and credibility in a .info domain, which is why i dont bother with them. why work harder when i can work smarter and get a .com/.net/.org?
