I need usa based insta followers is there any way to get?
in one pc how many instagram acc can use?

2-3 accounts. Target usa pages for usa followers but make sure its really usa because some usa pages even goverment are flooded with 3rd world countries followers and use settings of bot too.

Yes, you can do that if you scrape users that match your filters (USA in this case) and after you export the results to a username list jut use any free tool for automating the followng process on your phone and follow only peple from your list.

manually its takes too longer i need a tools buy which its will done early.Thanks

You could try scraping for USA users based on certain filters and then target them to acquire followers - basically the way f/uf works with automation.

from what i know one account can be open in each browser with User agent / ip , or you can mange all of them with anti detected browser as much as you want.

i dont understand what do you mean from what i know you saying casue he asking about how many account are can be login in each PC device its not connected to what you said o.o
