Influence of TPP on internet?

I noticed when talking to friends, business partners about the TPP (trans pacific partnership) they all want to avoid this topic. Maybe because they feel powerless of doing anything against it.

Not only will the TPP allow big corporation to sue a country for "causing them losses", but it might have a lot of other negative impact on our society as we know it today, like increased price of medication, shifting penny jobs to Asia and thus create even more part time jobs who can't fill for the bills, even less knowledge about the ingredients in our food and the list goes on and on.

However, I wanted to talk here specifically about the changes for our business (SEO, etc.). So I wanted to open a thread on BHW and see what other people think about it. How will it change Internet compared to the way it is today? How will it affect our online marketing business due to the ability to remove a whole website while skipping court? I even heard they want to copyright GIF picture lol. And I saw a lot of these on BHW forum ... To sum it up fair use won't be any more.

I know it's ridiculous. Just as an example It could extremely harm the anime niche, because many Doujinshi projects that are viewed as the gray legal area of anime is where many anime artist of today have started once. If you would forbid this then you might create a lack of new artists. Just to stay in this niche, also cosplay may become target of copyright. Halloween etc. No more batman, or spider-man costumes etc. It' beyond ridiculous.

The worst part about is that the actual company doesn't have or maybe doesn't even want to issue a copyright infringement (in the above example it could do great damage to the whole niche that is why it's tolerated), yet a 3rd party will be allowed to issue the copyright infringement and thus this law will force the countries who signed this contract to take measures against it, or in worst case pay the charges themselves.

Also there won't be any anonymity on the Internet, since they want to be able to track every computer. In an example this could mean that a currently in charge party (who is in favor of big corporations) will have the potential to target opposition members on the Internet, because there is a lack of anonymity.
