Hello, my computer has been infected by the BBYY ransomware, and all my files have been encrypted. I scanned my Windows in safe mode with two tools, and I think that I deleted the ransomware, but my files are still encrypted. I tried STOP Djvu Decryptor from EmsiSoft, but the problem is that ransomware uses online ID, so it is impossible to decrypt it with this software. Is there anyone who can help me recover my files while not paying the attacker?

Once infected unplug the computer immediately so that all the files won't be encrypted
 
First check to see if decryption keys are available online for free, security companies like kapersky, mcaffee and avast all have free tools.

They have decryption tools, but this type of ransomware is not on their list of ransomware they can decrypt :(
