I need to do some SEO/SEM for a handful of little sites and the keywords are just the domain names. There isn't much competition for them either. They are brand new sites, less two months old, and they're ranking on page 2 and page 3 of the SERP. I want to get them to page 1 but I don't want to go overkill on any services sold here (which by the way I've tried several and they have been great). So does anyone have any suggestions for cheap and quick SEO/SEM, maybe through Fiverr or something like that?

Do you even know what SEM stands for?
I doubt it... SEM stands for search engine marketing and it refers to the placement on adverts around the search engines. This is rather expensive and I am sure you would not want to go ahead unless you had a large budget.
In regards of "cheap" SEO, pm me with your budget and ill see if I can recommend you to anyone.
