Individual pages or Product variations?

Heeelp lol. Had my site up for 16 years and over time this happened.... I’ve been using individual pages for differently titled variations of the same items. But since I have 3000 of them, I was thinking of changing it to more like scroll or drop down with th 100 variations of each product. for way easier navigation. Each variation name is what I need google to find as they are my best keywords essentially. I’m wondering if they would be as easily findable on google if every single one doesn’t have its own page though? Suggestions?
