Individual Google accounts for each SEO customer?

(I'm a beginner thinking of starting an SEO business.)

Question: When I get a customer that doesn't have a Google account(Search Console/Analytics) for their site; should I create a completely new Google account for their website or should I add their site to my own existing Google account?

Create a single gmail account for the business.. Easy for you to manage and you can share proprietorship.

Ok, so I add all the customers websites to my own account.
What if, down the road, a customer wants to leave me for a different SEO provider, is it possible to transfer the website to a different Google account? (Because I don't want the new SEO provider have access to my account)
