indiegogo frelancer backers

I would like to know if someone can compile a list with the emails to anyone that
backed a cartain market niche on kickstarter indiegogo etc
And finally with the help of cloaking send out an official looking email telling them to check out my campaign
Is it possible? not tryting to rip anyone of or anything just trying to get as much ppl that might be into
it as possible to see it. pm me
