I need an indicator with a control panel built for my site. We have one provided by our current merchant that I'd like to go off of. The indicators will show Online/Busy/Offline on the home page of our website and on the individual pages, depending on what the operator has selected.
I need to be able to add and delete operators, go in and log off or log on an operator, as well as customize the appearance of the indicators.
