Indians Help me With GayPal

Recently I Opened My New Account In ICICI Bank I Opened It So I can Use It's Debit Card at GayPal .
After Receiving Card I Activated International Usage By Sending a SMS " INTL XXXX" to 5676766 . After Sending I Got a SMS " Dear Customer, we have taken your request to activate your ICICI Bank Debit Card for International Usage . The Card will get activated withing 48 Hours . "

After That I Used My Card for a GayPal Payment And Got This Error : http://prntscr.com/6cn8sv Here Is my Image of Debit Card : http://prntscr.com/6cna6d

If you have Faced Similar Issues Please help me

You need to get Credit card from any bank to add at paypal. This is the only option. Debit card won't work at paypal for Indians.

ICICI debit is working in payapl. But you should activate international usage by SMS or Customer care.

SMS:

INTL to 5676766
Activation time (3-4 days)

As I have Mentioned I have already Activated International Usage in it and have waited for more than 48 Hrs .

Is there a way to find out whether it's activated or not

you should contact icici bank.. wait for 2-4 days and try again.. if u still cant then contact..

you should got just VISA card not visa platinum.

I used my privilege banking DC with paypal,once.It'l work.Just contact ICICI branch and let them know,you need to use it with paypal.They will help you add your card to paypal and adding 1$ from the card as the card verification.

Contact to any branch service, but best is to contact yours. Debit Card is not working at all as per RBI new rules. Use a Vcc or Real Credit Card for buying goods online.

ICICI Debit cards wont work anymore with paypal. My personal experience, Better you should get a Credit card from ICICI after a deposit of 20k INR. Asked them about Insta Credit card

They have the option of getting "Virtual Credit card" with a temporary time. That may help you out! But I'm not sure....give it a try

I use my ICICI bank debit card with paypal and have no issues but
I have added the card to my paypal account and make payments from there.

You seem to be using this debit card without adding it to your paypal.
Do you have a paypal account?

If you do, add it to your paypal and verify it. You can verify almost instantly and can start using it after the verification.

From your situation i can assume that the copy where you are sending funds is an indian company so you can not make payments to indian paypal.Try sending to my usa paypal

I think it should work.

If it doesnt work just upgrade your icici bank debit card.You will get new debit card and try with it

edit : please ask your bank to issue a chip based card.

I Have tried for Paying a USA Company ( HOSTWINDS ) and Failed

I am Not using my card by attaching it to a paypal account . I am Using it Directly for a Unpaid Invoice .

Also Can I verify my PayPal With My Debit Card which is Not verified with PAN Card

You already know what you are doing with your GayPal and what you need to do with paypal. I think at some point of time PAN is must in both PayPal and Bank A/C. I have an account with Axis bank, I got approval only after placing my pan details in the bank.
