Co worker just bought an existing indian food restaurant.

the owner had 3 locations and he bought one location.

the old website is still up for reference (the design and seo is horrid), but good for info

need a theme or simple site setup focused on call to action-online ordering, reviews, online menu, map

most themes I see pre made look nice, but I want something more directed to sales, then prettiness

SEO is a waste of time on local Indian restaurants unless you're in London or Mumbai. Scan your menu in a .PDF format, do a lunch special, promote to students.

Bam. Successful Indian take-away. It really isn't rocket science.

There are kebab places doing 550+ covers daily with a 'webpage' hosted on angelfire or geocities, this isn't your market.

^+1 for the pdf thing. Btw his location says US so i guess he meant an Indian restaurant in US perhaps.
