Indian mobile traffic

Well, in short, I'm interested to buy some mobile traffic from India Niche: adult
I checked list with 400 resources, found 14 networks from IN, 4 of them don't send adult traffic or rejected me for other reasons. From rest of them, i'm still waiting response.
And while i'm waiting them I decided to create this thread
Currently I'm sending traffic from buzzcity, but looking for other options.
So if you got some, feel free to PM me, your price per 1k.

I'm also interested in Indian iOS and Android traffic. Incent would be fine, but I need it on Pay-Per-Install basis. Do you have any ideas?

buzzcity sucks, value is very low and in general engagement will be low when you advertise through banner ads on mobile, read some more research and find out that 50% of the clicks you'll get on your banner will be accidental (fat fingered users click on your banners accidentaly), you can test our solution which will get you a click-through rate of 15%-20% (!) which is 10x-20x more clicks than what you'll get if you work through a banner, and guess what, you pay the same CPM either way, just get a ton more clicks.
