I wan to use the Bank of Baroda card on entropay but it consistently declining my card. Moreover i am not even able to use it for PPC advertising not in Paypal.
Any solution for this??
I had same problem with hdfc but mine was resolved as hdfc provides netsafe facility which is basically virtual credits cards. Paypal accepts these cards. Ask your bank if it provides such facility.
