On the other bands HDFC | SBI also provides virtual cards which has shared limits with other Bank cards. Though they are not disposable but full-fledged cards

All are issuer only assign virtual vcc’s to Indian citizens only
All the provider need full KYC inorder to open accounts with them and to obtain vcc’s because all the providers are basically linked to bank accounts or vice versa
Here is a List of providers can help you (incase you from India & want to have vcc’s individual or business usage

and rest of a few banks also provide vccs such as KMB, SBI, HDFC etc…

Had this experience. It is quite a complicated process for a foreigner. In the end all my cards were blocked after p2p transactions. In india fraud in this field is very common. Blockers fly in even just to get a bribe from you.
