I use a particular company that sells services on here that are mostly Indian. I've been impressed by their services.
One point that I've realized, is that SEO work takes time regardless of what it is. A lot of the time, that work can be repetitive. So in those cases it makes more sense to go with an Indian SEO company with better prices, than another that you're paying someone $50+ an hour to do similar work.

Even I have a company over here in India.. nywayz.. google it.. you'll get some of the well established companies..
