I dont think..this is feasible...the whole point of cryptocurrency is that is free from any goverment ir boundaries ...and here a currency owned by goverment...i highly doubt its feasibily first and whether there will be enough demand for that to be a successful

I don't if I should be happy after reading this or worried because we all know what happens in India especially when it comes to money
RBI will find a way to screw us somehow

Bitcoin is a banks project from all countries.Its goal was and is to change from paper money to digital money.Am asking myself how long people will deny that fact.
If you wanna survive in the cryptojungle which will accure in the next years i would recommend remembering what i wrote else you are going to loose everything which bitcoin will do in the next years

Defeats the purpose of crypto and will definitely not gain any outside transaction. If the government is planning on using it as an internal currency that's a different story though.
