Without KYC, You can't use razor pay!
1. Step One - Create a sole proprietorship with a trade name (under shops establishment act - easiest) or a simple partnership firm (all you need is two people and a stamp paper).
2. Open a current account under the sole proprietorship trade name (not your own name) or partnership firm name.
3. Get a Paytm / Gpay account under the trading name.
In all other cases, your name as in your bank account will be visible to the buyers or sellers.

Try creating merchant account it will show different name as you set.
Phonepe business only need pancard to approve but it bans frequently
