In recent times , i heard in News saying that , India is gonna ban Crypto currency in future due to its lack of transparency . Is that true ? Anyone from India heard of it?

No india will not ban crypto.
There's number of reason but i think the main reason is india have significantly moved towards right in last 10 years and right loves crypto.
In fact, the far-right is fueled solely by crypro.
Nuff said.

They are not banning it. They will regulate it. Last news I heard was that they asked Indian crypto exchange owners to come for a meeting. Wazirx owner was one of it.

Crypto is not legal in India yet. But there are hundreds of investors from India and there is at least one News every week about criminals and drug traffickers dealing with crypto. So, they're just trying to regulate it. If they completely ban crypto, it'll be a mess to deal with.
