I am using it couple of weeks. Out of 15 urls some 12-13 were indexed with a couple of days .

You can try Indexification and Omega, Presently these tools are working well,
But It all depends on the quality of the link/content.

I think it might work out pretty pricey if you want to use Omega for indexing thousands of tier 3 links

It does, I did a whole bunch of seo autopilot links with it. It would just be expensive.
