I wouldn't use it for any new website, whether it's a random testing website, an auto-blog, or some website you're seriously investing in,
Such services usually use different types of spam, some are kinda safer (GSC or Index API with redirects, parasites, social shares, etc...),
But still, you don't want your website to be included in similar methods, while you can submit the sitemap or request indexing directly from GSC

I only use to index my backlinks and tier backlins, i've never tried to use it to index my pages or moneysite
