Indexing Redirects?

Hi there,

Say I have a link thats

https://*************.com/url?q=https://exampledomain.com/

It doesn't auto send you there, it gives you an option saying "This site is tryna redirect you here.. {link}"
the link is not nofollow.

How could I get this link indexed??

Here are a few of my ideas

use the redirect to pastebin > then my site.

Then spam the redirected pastebin link through RankerX & GSA.

Pulling my hair out tryna figure this
