Hi. I am attempting to re-instate about 20 WordPress and Weebly blogs. They were indexed about 18 months ago when I last checked but not any more. No new content added.

Do you think they will re-index and what are the best options:

1. Add new content
2. Sent to indexing service
3. Build tier 2 links (cheap PBNs, blog comments)
4. Abandon

I would still give them a chance and try to revive those:
1. Add new content
3. Build tier 2 links (cheap PBNs, blog comments)
2. Send #3 to indexing service
4. Abandon (keep the smile)
