On seeing the provided information I hope these websites are using URL Redirection or URL Forwarding to index their backlinks this can be done through server side redirects, java script redirects or meta refresh redirects.

if you want quick indexing there are many paid tools to do that but on my experience I prefer to wait for Natural Indexing.
 
But how they are reaching to servers of website which they dont own it, they are using this method to index their parasite links not websit links
 
You can achieve indexing your backlinks by connecting your site to GSC via API

The usual way of indexing third party urls via GSC is to have a few domains setup in a GSC account (or separate accounts) and set up 301 redirects from those domains to the third party urls you want to index. Eg. mydomain.com/myredirect -> thirdpartydomain.com/myparasite
Then request indexing of the 301 redirects. This method is not what it was a few years ago, but can still work, especially if the domain you use for the redirects has some existing authority.

before the march update 301 was working perfectly fine and the parasites links were crawled in half an hour and indexing took 3 to 4 hours but now after the march update crawling itself takes 3 to 4 hours and indexing is taking 24 hours time, suggest something for this
 
It sounds like the march Update has affected your Crawling and Indexing Speed ...For this you can do some steps like optimize your site , Improve Site Structure , Update your sitemap ,check for any technical Issues like broken links and at last be patient because sometimes changes in indexing can be temporary
 
multiple redirects increase the potential to get indexed

My suggestion is that you probably need to get used to those sort of indexing timeframes, especially in the current Google climate.

Crawling and indexing rate is slow , you raise a manual indexing request in GSC and use social signals
