I want to ask how these kind of links are indexing instantly (https://feedback.azure.com/d365community/notfound/), black hat experts create a communtiy page and fill with the keywords by using content and special character and get it index in few minutes without creating a backlink, can someone tell me how they are doing it or what method they are using for instant indexing. Are they using tool or any technique to index?

The above link is not working, as the websites remove it after 4 to 5 hours of posting, check the screenshot for more clarity

There's no secret method. Google visits the link and index it right away. Even this post has been indexed by Google if you search:

High Quality websites get indexed fast, so theres that.
 
This is the simplest redirect of mobile bot indexer from various fast sites (news, events, jobs).
There is even a service even that indexes only in this way, protecting you from any penalties and problems, only Google's mobile bot and its index of your pages.

Thanks buddy, pls help me with one more thing, Last night i use 301 to index these kind of pages from my own websites and it get cached in 1 hour but not indexed for example when i was check in google with cahe:example.com it shows the page is cached bit when i was checking with site:example.com the page was not on the google.

My problem is the pages on which I am posting is gets deleted in 5 to 6 hours so i need to do it fast, other people are doing it but iam not able to, pls help me share some valuable info to index these pages

Please note that once links are removed, they will have no effect, even if they have been indexed by Google. You should focus on the existing links

If you see a page in the cache, it means it is indexed.
Ranking does not equal indexing. Also, the site: operator will not show a low ranked page.
Pages can be indexed but will not be ranked, these are different things.

For fast ranking, you need to quickly pass weight to the page, through links from fast sites (news, events), through social signals and other methods. These should be large networks, you need to immediately within an hour specify a minimum of 200 links in various places and also quickly index them. Then the indexed page will also start to get rich quickly (but after analysis will still be removed by Google from the search as spam).

I got your point sir but as i told u that page exist for 5 to 6 hours max and even when the page is live i checked their backlink from moz DA PA and it show 0 backlinks

Is there any possibility that they are using 301 from a good DA PA website which passes some authority to their backlink and thats why its showing on the first of the google.

All gray and black technologies are done with robots = noindex, noarchive, follow, and are only shown to the indexing Google bot.
You can never see any links, or pages in the index where such links are placed.

That's why you see pages in the rendition that are pumped up with weight. But you will never know about it.
If someone is using a hacked top site, one link might be enough to do it there. If you use more common networks where you can legitimately publish content and links, then as I wrote above - you need at least 200 resources.

You need to start by learning the basics of how the internet and websites work, and then you can do more advanced things with websites.

according to my experience there are no specific methods to get indexed, but if we optimize and manage our content according to Google policies, we get Google indexed, and we are only able to request via Google search console.

Google always crawls and indexes by its own algorithms.

Use Site: [Website page] to check Indexing

Just one more question, if I will use 301 services to index backlinks will google punish my website

No, there are no penalties for redirect bots in principle.

This is a simple action of the http protocol, just indicates that the page should be indexed at this new address.

But before you use services, find out what methods they use, many services use additional methods, links, and other, for which you can be penalized. Only the service that specified does not use anything but redirect mobile bot and there are no penalties for it.

It is all about the content and visits there is no method
 
FOr money sites you don't have to bother about indexing.. if its not indexing then surely your site is already on a shadow ban ... for the backlinking index, you can set up 2 or 3 tiers on GSA and do a few hundrads contextual blasts for few days. speedyindexer works as well .
 
good sites themselves are indexed well and quickly, sometimes in just minutes. For sites that have not yet earned such a reputation among search engines, the process of indexing pages may be delayed indefinitely
 
The only method that seems to work currently is the SpeedyIndexBot bot on telegram.
