Sitemap does jack shit to get your site indexed. A lot of people are having problems getting their money sites indexed (even with great content and domain).

Indexing has been a problem recently. It can take days to get your URLs indexed.

okay, I just managed to index 50 000 pages website on generated content (event tickets niche) purely with sitemap. But in this niche all websites like that.
So, in other niches sitemap won't be enough, as I understand

The best way you could try is to have some backlinks that will direct users to your site, try to see somewhere where you could do it legit, as buying links can be risky nowadays, especially if they don't come from reliable sources. Some guest postings on sites that accept that kind of activity could also help you to be indexed faster.

If you want to index your page there are no tools going to help you. You should give quality content to google.
here i copied some tips to get your page indexed.

Remove crawl blocks in your robots.txt file
Remove rogue noindex tags
Include the page in your sitemap
Remove rogue canonical tags
Check that the page isn’t orphaned
Fix nofollow internal links
Add “powerful” internal links
Make sure the page is valuable and unique
Remove low-quality pages (to optimize “crawl budget”)
Build high-quality backlinks

Nothing is wrong with sitemaps... it's just practically everybody uses them already. So using sitemaps to help indexing is kinda irrelevant for most people as they already have sitemaps set up.

I, personally, don't know what difference sitemaps actually make...

As for web2.0, no wonder it's hard to find decent expired web2's, it's the same with domains. If a domain/sub-domain has good link profile, nobody cares if those are web2 or domains. I use mainly top 5 as the rest just delete your properties or no-follow.

Yes, you can get backlinks easily and for free.
The good news is that if someone finds your content helpful, they will naturally want to go and tell their friends about it. So instead of coming up with link-building strategies for a website or blog, just focus on making exceptional content that informs people in a compelling way.
