Do you mean indexing your own site or your backlinks?
To index your own site, simply submit the URL in Google Search Console.
if you mean the backlinks, you can find a lot of indexing services here or in Google.
However, you should be very cautious as they can trigger a red flag if you submit too many backlinks to index. Personally, I prefer indexing to happen naturally.

Usually, a backlink on a popular website (that gets crawled by Google Bot frequently) gets indexed quicker than one on a non-popular one.

What type of backlink we are talking about?
Or, is this just a question where you want to learn something new [which is ok], or, you have a backlink that is not indexed yet?
I'm here to learn
Any recommended one ?
