Yes, this happens often. Sometimes Google just takes time to crawl and trust new pages. Usually, it’s triggered by new internal links, sitemap updates, or Google recrawling your site during a normal crawl cycle.

Those random indexing glitches are honestly such a tease, but it usually just comes down to Google finally crawling your site or a slight shift in their algorithm. Sometimes you just have to be patient and let them come to you on their own time.

I swear it's just Google's algorithm taking its sweet time or maybe finally getting to a deeper crawl queue it didn't hit before, like, it's probably not even our fault.

Yes google's bots aren't perfect and sometimes they want a little "nudge" to work properly. That is if you have good internal links and submit your website to GSC you have a greater chance on getting indexed. Oh having a good sitemap definitely helps if your website/blog is very large.
