Indexing issue?

Hi Experts need your help...

I have one of website which home page design by "Laravel Framework" and other page made in "Opencart".
Now when I am going to submit sitemap.xml for crawling google get some page for index and leave other page. even if I will make new sitemap and submit it again then Index page count will drops.

Please assist me what to do, google index my hole website.
