If the page is still not indexing after several tries, first check if it is thin or low quality content, Google may skip pages it considers low value. Also, make sure it is linked from other indexed pages, included in your sitemap, and not blocked by robots.txt or a noindex tag.
If everything looks good, build a few internal links to the page and give it some time, it often takes multiple crawls to get indexed.

Make sure your content is high-quality, not duplicate, mobile-friendly, and follows Google guidelines.
Don't try to spam-submit to GSC, wait for a week if your site is still new, slow indexing is normal
