Indexing / Is there a software to help you with this?

I know there are things you can purchase like xindexer and even rss feeds like linklicious (301 redirects) but is there software you can buy that can help you get you pages indexed? If so can you shed some lite on the subject?

Or if there is no software how about some recommendations...

Try a service call lindexed, offered by a user named Scripteen here. It is pretty good. You will get almost instantaneous results.

Scrapebox. Grow your AA list to a few hundred thousand and you can jam whatever links in there and it will most likely get indexed. I really see no point in pinging links. Unless your content is really good, you will have to build many backlinks to those backlinks. Or just build more backlinks
