Both the indexing and ranking were different. It depends upon other factors like the quality of the article, website performance, quality of the backlinks, mobile friendliness, etc. Also, it will take some time to rank. You need to wait for some more time.

You can't expect your ranking to rise faster with instant indexing alone. Other aspects, such as the quality of your content and backlinks, are important too. You have to build more authority for your page and keep wait for the expected results.

Indexing is only the first step. Even on GSC it is stated clearly, that a site is indexed is not a guarantee that it'll be ranked. Your site needs to meet whatever requirements Google feels it needs.
Increasing your banklinks could help you rank, if lacl of backlinks are the reason and you're acquiring quality backlinks.
how instant index work? for ranking you need some juicy backlink, if keyword not too hard i believe it would rank

To rank parasites, I've seen people blasting them with backlinks.
Also there's nothing such as "100% guaranteed method to rank"
You just need keep testing. And by testing you don't need to focus on one website, make more websites for your niche and try different strategy on each.
