Indexing google sites

Same ways as any other site:
1) Having enough relevant content on there to be worthwhile indexing.
2) Building backlinks to it or using an indexing service. This shows some reason for the spiders to visit and return.
3) Making sure there are no barriers to entry (robots.txt disallow directives, noindex tags etc).

Just go to the market place and use indexing services (they offer free trials so it'll be enough to index your google sites).

You ate taking about web 2.0 google sites? They are pretty hard to keep then indexed as google is after parasites as they are used as buffer sites.
As suggested above use a service to get them index.
Link only one or two page/post to you money site as I said earlier google may deindex them.

parasite seo is going toward dead phase but still people are working on it, but you can index it with Pinterest shares but your site has good structure.
