I found a nice looking domain with a nice looking link profile but is in not indexed since 2014. I consider buying it and use the 301 redirect to my money site. Questions:

1) How do I re-index it properly?
2) Will it keep the DA/PA?
3) Will 100% of the link juice be passed to my money site?

Cheers,

1) See the site history on archive.org if you haven't yet, you'll see if it's been clean and no spam. See if the backlinks are live, ahrefs is good but needs subscription. You can google the domain and see if it doesn't come up on scam warning sites. Also see domain history that it hasn't been dropped for too many times. You host the site and put up a website before 301-ing, cause otherwise google won't see it. So put up a site (can restore original content which is good) and run it thru a whitehat indexer, or even better - put it on GWT, you'll also see there are no manual actions on the domain and it's clean for redirect.
2) Check the current DA/PA. It will keep it. Sometimes the PA falls after deindex but comes back after reindexing.
3) 301 redirect or do-follow link from the website will pass link juice to your moneysite.
