How i can Indexing 67 High Quality Forum Profiles with contextual anchor text in the bio field and also 5 web 2.0 that point to my money sites?. all from pr 3-6

I'm thinking to blast this profiles and the 5 web 2.0 sites with 5000-6000 xrumer profiles from a fiverr service, is a good choice?

67 links (even high PR) is not much. If it was that easy to get sandboxed everybody would be creating/pinging profiles to nuke their competitors websites.
