Indexing 3k quality backlinks per site is that reasonable?

10K quality web 2.0 links a month would cost... god... if we consider a quality to be a nice 3 article web 2.0, hand written and completely outsorced, which costs at least $20, then the price for that would be 200K. So I really doubt this is a "quality" and unless you have a brutal website with hundreds of thousands backlinks already pointing there, it will be perceived as a spam.

I really doubt they're all quality. I'm not doubting your experience, but you should really break down your definition of quality in regards to those links. It takes at the bare minimum a week to index links now, I doubt you're gonna swing indexing 3k per month for one site.
Though, I have gotten lucky many times over the passed few months with indexing in 24 hours.
