Indexed in google then gona

I started a new website buynrg.co.uk i got it indexed in google using senuke and also got it on 1st page for my top keywords site was going great and started getting some sales then all of a sudden my site is gone so 48hrs ago i done another senuke submit expecting it to re appear but nothing, whats happening here? Have i been banned by google or what and if so what for?

SENUKE is your issue. Solution: Stop using crap software and actually do the work.

So what do you think i have done here? And how do i resolve it?
