hello i manage a website that's have 46.000 pages indexes, with about 800 to 1500 visits/day, any idea to get more traffic ?!

Without checking the site, it's not possible to point out the exact problem.
As per me, below are few factors you should check:
1. Page speed optimization (maybe your site is slow)
2. Mobile first index compliance. (is your site mobile friendly, Indexed in the mobile index?)
3. Maybe your articles are not optimized or maybe you are targeting low traffic articles.

It is possible you are missing something from one of these areas: SEO, long-tail keywords, site speed optimization, social media, marketing, backlinks
Examaine your analytic data, maybe you're putting energy in the wrong areas.

yes it's a download website, it's well designed, and full with exclue, but i don't know how to get more traffic, i'm stuck, but if i found some one who can help on traffic i can manage to get a deal with him

for social media marketing, i don't know, i found people sell traffic but i guess 90% of it Fake, can't trust on that area, but i really need a source of learning as tutorial for SMO, if someone has something similar or has an offer , i can help with programming if interested, like programming a bot or something like that ...

After indexing. You have to do some sharing and engagement your pages correctly. It would be helpful.
