I think you have the wrong end of the stick here. This will make your site/pages or even links get indexed faster. You are getting confused between indexing and ranking. To get to the first page of Google YOU will have to do all the hard work with good SEO. This technique will only get your site listed in Google faster, that's all.

Is the guy that made this video saying that you will only be indexed for a few days with this method before being removed? (if so, why?) Or is he just talking about churn and burn in general?
