Yes, There is an option in WordPress but this option is only active when you are using WordPress SEO Plugins.
For example Yoast SEO Plugin & All in One SEO Pack, So you will have the option to get Indexed only selected posts in Google
Most of WordPress users use "Yoast SEO Plugin" (as this is one of the Best Wordpress Plugin for SEO purpose) so you will find an option as you can see screenshot.
You just need to selection option as no, So that particular post will not index on Google, This is the simple and best way to index only selected posts in Google

You can add a noindex tag to the page itself. In wordpress you can do this by using a plugin that allows you to add custom header code on a per page/post basis, then add the noindex code into that as required.
For the remaining pages, you can leave them to be indexed naturally, or you can build social signals to them, which is normally a good way to get things indexed.
