Hi guys,
i want index my cpabuild landing page , i uploaded my cpabuild landing page on my cpanel ,
and i want you help me how to create sitemap and robot.txt and where i will add them , to index my website on google

If it's a single page you can index it even if you don't have a sitemap or robots.txt.
You have to add your site here: https://search.google.com/search-console
Then choose the most appropriate verification method for you (the easiest would probably be uploading the verification file).
Once Google has verified that you own the site, it will index it.

i did all this , but not ranked yet ?

When did you do that? It may take some time.
Type this on Google: site:yourdomain.com to see if your site is indexed.

its one week ago and not indexed yet, i did this : site:yourdomain.com already
