I have tons of GSA links pointing to my tire 2 and tire 3, can someone guide how I can index those links to pass juice to my tire 2 and money site ?

Pls guide.

Use link indexers. Speed-links.net does the job pretty well. You can try it. (I am not affiliated to it).

Try with indexing services, this will help to index tier 2 and tier 3 links at a better rate.
