Here is the step to index fast on Google

Go to google search console - click on crawl - click on fetch as google - enter the URL of the page you want to get index - click on fetch button which is located in left side - click on request indexing - confirm that tou are not robot - select the option - click on GO

Usually your site will be in the index in two weeks.
If you do not see the index.
You can ping backlinks so fast in the index.
Or submit to google webmaster tools
 
Google XML sitemap is a must. If you also have videos on your sites, then you can also have Video XML sitemap too.
Submit your site to GWT or do some tier 1 link building.
Also, you can PING links for faster indexation.
 
Submit your sitemap and relevant content articles to the site and also try to get social shares, these will make your site indexed soon by google.

Don't force indexing, let it happen naturally.
 
I tried google search console and it works. I fetched my URL and submited sitemap. most of my link got indexed by google. you can check all of your indexed link by using site:<site link> operator.
 
Great content and good traffic will make site get indexed soon.
 
One you submitted your website to google, submitted a sitemap and all that, just focus on building backlinks. Indexing will happen naturally. Only submit your site once and don't worry about it. Once you have some backlinks going, you'll get indexed anyway.
